Removal of adhesive dirt from smooth or lightly textured floor coverings using mechanical/chemical means.

Choose the right pad for the floor covering.

Partial pray: ad hoc removal of footwear marks

Full spray: spray cleaning of complete surface

Preparatory work (Spray cleaning)

Equip and prepare the machine. Fit any suction unit. Follow the operating
instructions.


Fill up the spray unit with the spray product. Be sure to use the right dosage where necessary.
Choose the right product for the floor covering.

Remove any loose dirt.

Main work involved (Spray cleaning)

Polish corners and edges with the white pad either manually or using a machine.
Only use the edge cleaning tool/BrushBoy if doing a full spray.

Remove adhesive dirt using a singlebrush machine, spray unit, and suitable pad.
Spray a little spray cleaner, then work in circles until the pad has picked up the dirt. Work your way towards the outlet (jack).

A) Partial spray (Spray cleaning)

Deal with dirt on an ad hoc basis.

B) Full spray (Spray cleaning)

Working in sections, spray 2-3 strips with spray cleaner and deal with these.

Reverse or replace dirty pads. Polish with a clean and dry pad.

Final steps (Spray cleaning)

Check and clean cable.

Wipe the machine down with a damp cloth and clean the cleaning materials.
Wash the pad/brush or replace if necessary.

Empty the spray unit, then rinse and wipe down with a damp cloth.
Rinse the nozzle thoroughly.

After-treatment (Spray cleaning)

Remove any loose dirt.

Suitable products
